Coverage: We provide a comprehensive 2-year health guarantee covering genetic conditions and hereditary diseases.

Full Refund Eligible:

Genetic health issues diagnosed within 2 years
Serious congenital defects
Puppy not meeting health standards upon arrival
Change of mind within 30 days

Refund Process: Contact us immediately if you wish to apply for a refund. We'll work with you to resolve the issue or process the refund.

Non-Refundable Fees ▼

Documentation Fee ($300): This fee is always non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. It covers:

Complete paperwork preparation
Health certifications
AKC registration documents
Delivery coordination
Administrative costs

Note: If a puppy is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll offer a replacement puppy or full refund of the puppy price only (documentation fee retained).

Replacement Option: Instead of a refund, you may choose a replacement puppy from a future litter at no additional cost.
